In the context of escalating wars and crises, the digital space has become a central arena for expression, communication, and the exchange of information. At the same time, it presents major challenges related to the limits of freedom of expression, the psychological pressure caused by constant exposure to distressing content, and the risks associated with digital safety and the protection of personal data.

This webinar aims to discuss these challenges and shed light on practical tools and strategies that can help individuals, activists, and journalists understand the legal dimensions of freedom of expression, strengthen their digital preparedness and safety, and build psychological and digital resilience in the face of crises and wars.
