Reporting Coordinator
(part-time 60%)
7amleh is looking for an experienced Reporting Coordinator to coordinate donor reporting and take responsibility for the narrative donor reporting for the fixed period March to August 2023.
Job Responsibilities:

Coordination of weekly fundraising meetings with relevant colleagues
-
Composing narrative donor reports in coordination with project coordinator and finance focal point according to donor templates
-
Ensuring timely sending of reports to donor by donor focal point

Updating relevant fundraising documents
-
Analysis of social media impact of campaigns/ monthly impact, as well as qualitative and quantitative developments of social media accounts for donor reporting

Half-annual and annual reporting for 7amleh
-
Maintenance of Mailchimp email lists

Job Qualifications:
-
Previous experience with donor reporting and in the work with NGOs (preferably with a focus on Palestine)
-
High level of motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-
Ability to work as part of a team and self-directed
-
Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
-
Deep knowledge of human rights, international law, and the specific situation in Palestine
-
Preferred knowledge of digital rights and the impact of technology on human rights
-
Knowledge of the historical and current political and human rights context in Palestine
-
Native or professional proficiency in English, Arabic communication skills preferred

Work Location:
Ramallah/ Haifa / remotely
