Is looking for 

International Relations Manager

Full time (100%)

The International Relations Manager is a dynamic, high paced position that requires an experienced professional who has developed and managed resource development and international advocacy programs. The role also includes the management of a team (including people working virtually and on a part-time basis). 

Resource Development (70%)

1. Development of a fundraising strategy that aims to achieve the desired results needed to implement these efforts.

2. Developing and maintaining relations with donors; conducting research; developing new projects; preparing concept notes, proposals and budgets with the General Manager, the staff, and external partners when needed.

3. Managing the relations between 7amleh and its donors,including individual donors,  ensuring that project kick-off is conducted and all narrative and financial reports prepared in the time required. 

Advocacy (30%)

1. Developing and managing the implementation of international advocacy strategy 

2. Managing international advocacy projects which include global campaigns focused on Palestinian digital rights issues and lobbying of authorities, companies and multilateral bodies.

3. Organizing and participating in symposiums and webinars.

4. Ongoing and continuous quality assurance of all English publications.

Qualifications 

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations 

• 5 years of experience managing fundraising

• 3 years of experience with advocacy programs 

• Knowledge of human rights and deep understanding of the Palestinian context

• Preferred knowledge of digital rights and the impact of technology on human rights 

• Native English, competency in Arabic preferred
